1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the pv13 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use pv13's services.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. pv13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

The pv13 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Should pv13 determine that an account has been registered by an underage individual, the account will be closed immediately and all remaining balances may be forfeited.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on pv13. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pv13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure and for not sharing them with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pv13 support immediately.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Pv13 users agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not harm any party. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
  • Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation, or manipulation of the payment system
  • Exploiting bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate the promotions or betting system
  • Spreading false information or misusing customer support channels
  • Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits on the platform

Pv13 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding withdrawals, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

Deposit

All deposit transactions on pv13 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods, including online banking, approved e-wallets, and other Malaysian digital payment options. Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful transaction verification. pv13 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the same user's name. pv13 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Wagering requirements may apply to bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on account tier and the payment method selected.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by pv13 are subject to separate wagering requirements specified for each offer. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met. pv13 reserves the right to void any bonus or reward if misuse is suspected, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies that violate platform policy.

5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property

Pv13 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or delays beyond pv13's control. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from such service interruptions.

Pv13 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by users under any circumstances. pv13's maximum liability to any user in any given case is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the pv13 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of pv13 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

6. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Pv13 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Users will be notified via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe, except in cases of serious fraud where immediate action is required.

The pv13 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. pv13 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such sites.

Pv13 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
